Introducing Speaker David Kozik from Elders
Mr. Kozik has more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry across a broad range of disciplines including site acquisition, development management and advisory. Over the past 10 years David has focused on project sales, marketing and operations.
Commencing his career in property and asset management with Peter Kurts Limited, David was responsible for the asset management of circa $120M in commercial property (1991). Taking on the role of sales and marketing manager at Hope Island Resort during the downturn in the early 90’s provided a challenge that David met head on by forging partnerships and opening sales offices for the resort in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan with an increase in sales volume of 50% over 2 years. As Acquisitions and Projects Director for JLF Corporation David was responsible for delivering house and land packages based on a sales volume increase from 60 to 600 sales per year over 7 years.
Since 2003 David has worked in senior sales and projecting marketing roles as General Manager for SGA Property Consultancy and General Manager Sales and Marketing for a major QLD apartment developer. David and his team were responsible for a 70% increase in sales volume over 12 months in a challenging economic environment.
