Hi Mark

I am just writing to let you know that we have comfortably moved into the house at Cherrybrook. As normal everything went through right at the last minute. It was quite stressful the couple of days leading up to settlement as Mark probably informed you, but it was very smooth once it did go through.

I would like to sincerely thank you for all the work that you put into to our application. We are very appreciative in the simple way that the loan was explained to us and we are most thankful for the after hours time that you took out from your family to help us prepare our loan application. Without you we would still be living with our parents. Thank you.
